TM810C 4英寸高脫鹽海水淡化反滲透膜元件
TM810C海水淡化膜元件具有較高的脫鹽率,產(chǎn)水水質(zhì)極其穩(wěn)定,適合于從海水以及高濃度苦咸水中獲取高質(zhì)量的透過水??捎糜谛∫?guī)模的海水淡化和高濃度苦咸水淡化系統(tǒng),來制造發(fā)電廠鍋爐補(bǔ)給水等各種工業(yè)用水和生活用水,也應(yīng)用于廢水再利用,如食品、電鍍金屬等有價(jià)物質(zhì)的濃縮回收在內(nèi)的多種領(lǐng)域。

重要操作信息
(1)每一支膜元件在出廠時(shí)均配有一個(gè)濃水密封圈、一個(gè)連接適配器及相應(yīng)的O型圈和一個(gè)產(chǎn)水封頭(8英寸內(nèi)連接式膜元件,不一定要使用),它們連同膜元件一起被放置在包裝箱中,具體內(nèi)容以實(shí)物為準(zhǔn)。
(2)膜元件在出廠前都經(jīng)過了通水測(cè)試,并使用1%的亞硫酸鈉溶液進(jìn)行儲(chǔ)藏處理,然后用氧氣隔絕袋真空包裝。為了防止膜元件在短期儲(chǔ)藏、運(yùn)輸以及系統(tǒng)待機(jī)時(shí)微生物的滋長(zhǎng),需要用純水或反滲透產(chǎn)水配制濃度500 - 1,000 ppm、pH 3-6的亞硫酸鈉(食品級(jí))保護(hù)液浸泡元件。無論在何種情況下進(jìn)行保存時(shí),都不能使膜處于干燥狀態(tài)。具體的保存方法請(qǐng)參照本技術(shù)手冊(cè)的相關(guān)內(nèi)容。
(3)對(duì)于推薦的設(shè)計(jì)范圍,請(qǐng)參照最新版本的技術(shù)手冊(cè)和系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)軟件,或者向東麗膜產(chǎn)品的當(dāng)?shù)胤咒N商或技術(shù)服務(wù)中心聯(lián)系尋求幫助。推薦的設(shè)計(jì)范圍在污堵和結(jié)垢嚴(yán)重的條件下例外,如果膜元件不在推薦的范圍條件下運(yùn)行,膜元件的使用壽命會(huì)有所降低。如果用戶沒有嚴(yán)格遵循本樣本提供的操作條件,將不承擔(dān)保修責(zé)任。
(4)運(yùn)行初期第一個(gè)小時(shí)的透過水要排放掉。
(5)任何時(shí)候都要避免膜元件的產(chǎn)水側(cè)產(chǎn)生背壓。
(6)在進(jìn)水的SDI值高于3或4以上時(shí),高產(chǎn)水量的運(yùn)行(每一支膜元件都在很高的產(chǎn)水流速下運(yùn)行)一般來說會(huì)導(dǎo)致頻繁的化學(xué)清洗,通過調(diào)整系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行壓力可以調(diào)節(jié)每一支膜元件的產(chǎn)水流量。當(dāng)污堵或結(jié)垢的可能性較少時(shí),濃水的流速可以適當(dāng)降低。最小的濃水流量和產(chǎn)水流量的比值因不同的進(jìn)水水質(zhì)而不同,具體數(shù)值請(qǐng)參照本技術(shù)手冊(cè)相關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì)指南。
(7)當(dāng)組件的壓差增加到初始值的1.5倍時(shí),元件需要進(jìn)行化學(xué)清洗?;瘜W(xué)清洗以及殺菌、消毒措施必須參照技術(shù)手冊(cè)。
(8)用戶應(yīng)避免使用任何對(duì)膜元件有影響的化學(xué)藥劑,如違反使用這類化學(xué)藥劑,將不承擔(dān)保修責(zé)任。
